Pay Equity - Not Just About the Money

The article attached to the title gives a good rundown about pay equity between men and women. I have always maintained that its just not about the money all the time. Men will always take more risks to earn more, than women.

So, when you look at the paychecks of competing sexes for a job, always look at what they will give the job if they get it, not just on the surface of qualifications. Men take more risks and give more to a job, than women...its a fact. This article sums up the issue nicely.
