Reading the news on CBC.ca, its interesting to note that the chairman of the Tokyo Stock Exchange has resigned, to "clarify management's responsibility" for computer glitches.
Wouldn't it be nice if our government and western corporate management thought the same way?
There are a few people that should read the article and take it to heart...CEOs, Prime Ministers, and even Presidents.
