ACE Aviation declares dividend

Recent news has it that parent of Air Canada is set to dole out $300 million in dividends to shareholders. If Air Canada averages 25 million passengers a year, that works out to $12 per passenger...is there something wrong with this picture if Milton wants to charge you $2 for a pillow on a flight? How about reducing the dividend to $250 million, and throw the pillows in for free for the confort to your customers?
