Mr. Cotler has done an about face on mandatory jail time for gun offences.
All I have to say is, glad you finally gave your head a shake, Mr. Cotler...too bad it took a threat of a federal election to get you to change your mind.
By the way, when the judges give out the mandatory incarcerations, don't forget to give the perps a $5 coupon for their first federally-sponsored tattoo...
